After having another company come out (that had installed our unit) to give a quote for repairs we thought it best to get a second opinion and so glad we called LaPensee Air. Todd showed up right on time and told us that our warranty was still in place and didn't need the thousands of dollars worth of repair that we were told. So refreshing to have an honest technician looking out for our best interest. We highly recommend LaPensee!

Becoming a first time pool owner was a little overwhelming to say the least. Being an advocate of supporting local business I was pleased to find LaPensee Plumbing when I did my Google search. I had done some research so wasn't completely in the dark, but asked for someone to come out and educate me on pool care. Lucky for me they sent Joey Petersen. He was prompt, professional and didn't try to oversell anything. He answered all of my questions and addressed the concerns I had. Joey and Chris Sypeck came back on one of the hottest, most humid days of the summer to install the equipment I had asked for and did it flawlessly. Very pleased with LaPensee and all of their services and employees.
