American Leak Detection

I had a bad leak in my pool and could not figure out where. I called your company and you suggested a test which pinpointed the problem in no time. After making an appointment to get the pool plumbing repaired Chris came to the rescue. To my surprise and astonishment the broken pipe was exactly where you put the red X on the concrete after testing. When Chris got here he went right to work, he cut a portion of the concrete out while making sure he only cut out what was absolutely necessary. Within a few hours the repair was completed, the hole was filled in and the concrete was patched. I know that you are always sure to let the home owner know that the patch will not match but I am telling you first hand that Chris did such a great job with the patch that once I put a little deck paint on it you could not tell any work had been done. My pool is working great now, the kids are happy, the wife is happy and I was a hero for a day! I would definitely recommend American Leak Detection. Rob came by my house and found our leak within the hour and confirmed it with a dye test. I had two other leak companies come to our home without success. Rob was extremely polite and helpful with recommendations of companies that could fix the leak. He even offered to be available to speak to the company if they had any questions. American Leak Detection is lucky to have someone like Rob!

We called American Leak Detection because of a leak in our pool that was losing over 1/2" a day. Chris came out and performed a thorough test of the pool and found a leak coming from the return pipe for the pool. Chris sawed and jack hammered a small section of concrete out to get access to the piping. He was able to fix the problem in a very hard to reach area. He re-tested all the lines and all was good. I would like to say Chris was truly a professional and extremely personable. Great Job!! Hats off to Chris and American Leak Detection. Thank you!
