Carl and his team are very professional, knowledgeable, and concerned for their customers. They definitely showed compassion for my situation and the first call I made to them they were here in less than 2 hours. The sewer line replacement was done in a matter of days once I made my mind up. Cost was in the right range. I will use them again if needed.

The plumbers and office staff are polite and friendly. The plumbers came quickly to unblock my system 3 times but didn’t do the necessary problem solving needed. I changed my toilets and toilet paper at their recommendation but the system kept getting blocked on a regular basis (expensive and inconvenient). I called another plumbing company...they found a broken pipe due to a tree root and have fixed the problem. If you want fast these are your guys but I needed a more permanent fix.

Kitchen faucet was leaking. When I called they told me they were in my neighborhood and would come right after they finished the job they were working at. Which means they had to rearrange their schedule to fit me in, which I appreciated very much because I was doing all the kitchen work in a nearby bathroom. They identified the problem, fixed it beautifully, cleaned up after themselves and were wonderful. I would never call anyone else.

If I could give them negative stars I would. In addition, I would not have them back in my home even if they paid me! They charged me to fix a pipe that was leaking and when it started leaking again they said I had to re-plumb the entire house. And when the first guys left they said the repair would be $175 to $200, once the 2nd guy finished he told me $242, when I said the first guys has quoted me less his response was that they shouldn’t have given me a price. He cut through both the interior wall and the exterior wall and told me I had to have someone else fix it at 4:30 in the afternoon. When the pipe started leaking on Easter morning I called at 7:30 am, the owner finally answered my calls at 1:30 and said he wouldn’t come and even if he would it would be an after hours call which would be $300 and he would double that because it was a holiday, plus the cost to fix the pipe his company had already fixed. Update... Since they left I have found that they unplugged my freezer and I had to throw away about $200 worth of food. I also found that when the 2nd person came to fix the leaking pipe, he had to take the water heater out to get to the wall and when he put it back he bashed in the drywall. To fix the pipe he welded something over the hole. I’ve since had 2 different plumbers come in and both said once you heat up the pipe it becomes brittle and more holes will pop up. I am re-plumbing my house but it’s with a reputable plumber, not a scam artist like these people!

These guys came right away and got my backed up plumbing going again. Beware of the "water saving" toilets. They don't flush enough water and can cause a Major back up! Thank you do much for your quick service.
