Eric's Plumbing has been great. Most calls are answered by a real person who is courteous and helpful. Service is great and most of the time they come same day or early next day. I am a repeat customer and I would not use anybody else.
No one ever showed up after I made the appointment.
Erics is a small operation and therefore I had to wait a few days for him to order my water heater and get here with it. But the service was great otherwise and I thought he was a nice guy. Also he was well worth the wait since the "big guys" had quoted me $1100 and Eric did the job for $750!
The men were on time very knowledgeable and got the job done.the price was reasonable as another company was going to charge me double.i will definitely call them again when needed.
Bad service, bad communication, bad attitude... All around bad company.
