Matt was referred to me by a very good friend Richie from Southern Homes. Lauren and Melanie were awesome with communicating with me via phone and email. Every time I called they knew my name and their customer service was excellent. Fred cam out to my house to day and installed a water heater, new sick and unclogged the kitchen sink. He was very precise with every piece. He made sure it was perfect. I am telling you if you live in Polk County and need a plumber call them. They will not fail you. They are class act and their customer service form the office to the field is impeccable. thanks you guys

I found a leak in our mainline just after the meter after walking through a huge puddle in our yard. Just the word plumbing makes me freak out! Big dollar signs pop out of my eyes like a cartoon character. I went into panic mode. I got the Daughtry's number from a friend at Heartland Church and found out Matt was a member there. I called Melonee who was very kind and said someone would be there as soon as possible. As soon as Fred showed up and looked at the problem I knew I had called the right people. He was polite, informative and knew exactly what to do. The biggest issue was going from the old rusted out and corroded galvanized pipe to PVC but Fred went right to work and did an excellent job! On top of it all , the cost was very reasonable and well below the huge dollar signs I had worried about. 5+ Stars all the way! Thanks Daughtry Plumbing! ????

We use them because they’re the contractor for our new home’s warranty and they are unprofessional to say the least. Every single appointment we’ve made for multiple issues has been met with them either not showing up at all or having to reschedule. If you don’t mind wasting your entire day for an appointment then go with them but I would highly recommend another company. And this isn’t even reviewing the spotty work they do considering the numerous issues we’ve had on a house that isn’t even a year old.

They installed the plumbing in my home in TerraLargo in Lakeland as a subcontractor for MI Homes in Tampa. Originally my hot water was piped to my garden hose, and now 3 years later the handles to my tub in the master bathroom are falling off and there is no way to tighten them like an ordinary set of faucet handles.
