The people from Lake County Septic came on time, to get to the tank they had to cut roots to lift the septic tank lid the did an excellent job I asked some questions and Dan answered them professionally. I can only recommend that company highly for it. I will definitely use them again should the time come up. Best regards Karl

They charged me $175 for digging a hole. When Prime Septic came out they told me it had been awhile since this tank was serviced. Lake county septic had been here three weeks earlier. The person that answers the phone is rude and won't let you explain what you're looking to have done. I'm out nearly $200 and three weeks behind in getting this system working properly. Then when you call to get resolution, they don't call back. The longer I have to wait, the more frustrated I get. I'd give no stars if I could.
