We had a well pipe burst in the middle of the night. Jimmy arrived within less than an hour and was able to fix the problem. He explained everything in great detail and was pleasant to work with. I can highly recommend Prime Plumbing.

Needed emergency service on a Saturday morning. Ben took the call around 8:45 am and Danny was here by 9:30 am. That is excellent response time. Danny was very professional and courteous. He repaired my shower faucet in less than an hour. He also talked to me about some other concerns such as recaulking my kitchen counter and sink and also some drainage issues I have in the back and on the side of the house. He will be back to give an estimate for a drainage system. Overall very knowledgeable and professional. Even gave me a senior discount. I definitely recommend Prime Plumbing

I called at 1:30pm on Sunday due to a leak in the wall. By 2:00pm, Jimmy was at my home and looking for the source of the leak. Jimmy provided me with two options for fixing my problem and explained each one thoroughly. In addition, my son called for an update and jimmy explained everything to him. Jimmy was great. He kept me informed the entire time he was at my home. After repair was made and new hot water tank installed, Jimmy took the time to explain everything to me. My son has used Prime Plumbing in the past and recommended them highly. I called Prime because of his recommendation and am so glad I did. I hope there are no more plumbing issues in my home, but if there is, I’ll definitely call Prime Plumbing and ask for Jimmy.

Danny and Jimmy came on July 1st and installed a new well pump. They explained everything step by step so that I could understand what was going on. They both were very courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing! On July 3rd, Jimmy came back and installed a filter for the well. I am very happy with the work they both did in both days!

I called for an unscheduled plumbing problem and Nick the Dispatcher was awesome and was able to accommodate me on short notice. Jimmy the service technician came out the next day as scheduled and was able to fix my immediate concern and ordered the necessary parts and was back out on Friday to complete the rest of the work. Awesome job by both guys.
