I have used Cool Heat Plumbing for many building services and are efficient, reliable and extremely professional.
I called them and explained my issue and ask a simple question related to the issue. The owner replied that the question was ridiculous and told me that I had to decide if I want to send my address to have a technician coming to my place (for 55$ charge) or not. Of course I won't send you my address, you are rude and sounds incompetent. I am sorry for you but someone else will get the job
