Was told we would be given a call 30mins before they arrived with a window of 5pm to7pm. At 7pm we left our home to go for dinner, just for the plumber to show up at 7:15 with no call letting us know he was on his way, so we turned around to meet him. He was rude from the moment we got home & then didn’t even have a toilet to replace the old one which is what we called him here to do. He had to leave to go get one & come back which he is now just showing back up an hour later. The location of the All Pro business is a 10minute drive from our house & so is Home Depot and Lowe’s, so not sure what took so long regardless of where he had to get a toilet from!? Unprofessional to say the least. Update- the toilet he replaced our old one with us so way smaller than the one we had. I’m not big by any means 130lbs & small waist & bum and I feel like bottom barely fits on the toilet set!!

Guy just left house. I was charged $100 more to fix a water heater hose thAn I would have if I’ve gone to another company. Had to use them because I had to work tonight and they were the first ones that could get to me at the moment. Never using your company again!!

Had a warranty issue with my hot water heater. They installed the hot water quickly and Chuck was very professional. I may have been able to get it done cheaper elsewhere, but these guys came the next day and were quick. Thanks!
