Above and beyond.... Mike C. Was extremely professional. We called them this morning and he was here the same day at 3:30 in the afternoon. Very honest and no trying to make extra sales or push me to have things repaired that I did not need. Highly recommend.... Ask for Mike C.

Darren D. was phenomenal! He really went above and beyond for me! For someone that only just started working for service one, he knew his stuff. That just shows the standard of quality that service one provides. I cannot express how content I am with everything. Any time anything happens from now on, service one will be the first company that I’ll call AND recommend!

Mike came and fixed our AC pump. It was really loud and our AC unit was losing power because of it. We originally called the company that called installed our AC and they didn't do anything to fix it. It just needed a good cleaning but the other company failed to intervene at all. Everything is working beautifully now, the unit is quiet again which is wonderful, and the AC is working without losing power. Mike was very courteous and cleaned up after himself after the job. Happy to have a company we know can call when we have a problem now.

I will say the service men that showed up at the house for the testing and maintenance where incredible. I even called them to say this, but I don't understand how you have a project manager come out to the property and not tell the staff what they exactly need. To have them come out to tell us they can't do the job because they don't have the equipment is nuts. To be a week without A/C in Florida Summer is brutal, and to tell us the job will have to be reschedule for possibly next week is horrible. Like I said the staff that came to the house nice and helpful when they could be and felt for us. How do you not figure out if you need a lift or ladder is beyond me, especially when I was told you've done this repair before.

This is our second AC unit with Service One. Their prices are competitive but their customer service, technicians, and salespeople make a big difference. I have been impressed with the tenure and friendly nature of their people. Whether on the phone, delivering a quote, or installing/inspecting a system this company has good long-term staff members that enjoy their jobs and care about the customer.
