Home Services at The Home Depot

Most of the time I have good experiences. However, I've been to the doors and windows desk 4 times in the last couple of weeks to get a quote on a patio door and I had the following experiences; someone will be right with you (nobody showed up), there is no one in this department tonight (from some guy working in hardware approx. 5pm), I am not sure but I will find out the price and call you back (they never called me), and finally I went to the customer service desk and they said they were not able to find me a price because it was a special order (they took my name and number and said someone will call me and they never did).

I just got off the phone with a dear lady named Serina who works in flooring. I had several questions regarding the cost of installation, etc. Since she was finishing up with another customer, she told me if I didn't mind waiting, she would help me with all my questions. After only a 5 minute wait, she was back to me and SPENT 45 MINUTES WITH ME researching and suggesting possibiities as we both sat at our computers while on the phone with each other. WOW!! Granted, it had been a horrible rainy night and the store was dead, but she didn't HAVE to do that. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
