I contacted Frank Gay after my 19 year old water heater bit the dust. Joey was awesome! He called me 30 minutes before he arrived, he kept me up to date on his progress, and made sure I understood how my new heater worked. Everything is working great and I don’t have to take cold showers any more! The price for the heater and the work was very reasonable as well. Thank you Joey and thank you Frank Gay! I would recommend y’all to anyone!

Within the same day they were able to provide me with a quote and complete the drywall patch whereas other companies had said it would have taken a week or longer. My AC unit stopped working and Frank Gay Services was the only company that seemed to empathize with my situation and have someone available next day. They sent Jason who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to understand the root cause of the issue. Jason was also great at communicating arrival expectations and the issue resolution. Highly recommend.

Had a partial power outage at my office. Very old commercial building with outdated breaker panel(s). My initial thought was that it was either a bad breaker or blown fuse which ultimately ended up being the problem. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the original guy (Ramon) who came out Sunday evening diagnosed the issue as something much more major and started talking about cutting holes in the walls and everything else. Happened to be emergency hours which meant this would have been a very costly repair so I asked to marinate on it and discuss with the landlord and would call again next day. I was charged $270 for this. The next day I waited around on my landlord’s electrician who never came before finally calling back Frank Gay. They sent out Kevin B who had the issue patched up within an hour and only charged me $150. Very nice guy. And felt like things worked out the way they should have because he just happened to have a matching breaker in his truck. I was even given back $135 of the original $270 paid. I highly recommend Frank Gay Services, and particularly Kevin B, if you need an electrician.
