Terrible customer service doesn’t answer phone doesn’t warranty his work will rip you off will never use this man for anything
He is a scam artist who will only take your money and never return to finish the job and or to do the job correctly. He has no care or consideration for his customers. I highly suggest not using this company. It is in everybody's best interest to never deal with this company for you will be giving your money away to someone who will just use it for their own pleasure.
Randy Soots and Bill came promptly to my rescue. Replaced the drain stopper assembly and did a few preventive maintenance things in the time it would have taken me to drive to Home Depot and try to figure out what part I actually needed. Soots is now on Speed dial! Thanks guys!!
