Tony and his wife, Cindi, operate their business and they were both a JOY to work with! It seems rare you meet professionals who have a strong work ethic and truly want to do right by their customers, rather than just take advantage of their vulnerability. They came to the rescue when the water heater in our newly purchased (second) home died. Tony came to assess at no charge, and did a lot of leg work with our home warranty company on HIS time. He and Cindi were always reachable and were very flexible with our limited schedules, and in coordinating with other contractors we had in the home at the same time. I had 2 plumbing leaks in my house. The first was under the kitchen sink and was not a big deal. The second leak was under the house and had gone unnoticed for probably months. A "T" had gone bad and was spraying water against the underneath of the floor and wasn't noticed until the floor became so wet that it made the carpet wet. Tony arrived on time and fixed both problems in a very timely manner. I was also pleased that the cost of the repairs was so reasonable. He will be my "go to" plumber from now on.

When I moved, you know for sure I called Sussex Plumbing to do all the work needed, change out 3 toilets and assess the general state of the plumbing. He was right on, as always.
