Rays and Sons

So when my pipes were frozen, this amazing guy...I believe his name was Todd came out and helped unfreeze my pipes. He also gave me some advice in how to prevent it from happening again. It was great quality service even for it being 8am on a Saturday morning. I have used them ever since. I would also love to complement on the fact that even though it was a little extra, it was worth it. Most of the time they are cheap and I would suggest you use them instead of any other company.

Very unprofessional, over promising but under achieving. Could not get machine to work and still charged a 5 hour day. Their solution was to replace the whole brand new system, when received a second opinion the problem was very minor. Will never hire again.

I live in a old 1900 home, had a leak and the pipe was in the wall, I called Rays and Sons, the guy cut a hole in my wall with a saw saw, did not make a ole first to see what was behind it, or a stud finder, any way hit the main electric wire going to the upstairs, and wanted to charge me for a electrician to come out and fix it. So if you want them and they make a mistake, they want you to pay for it. I wanted to give them no stars but it would not let me.

Professional staff and family owned. They have easy billing and they support the Military with a discount. Impressive team.

Rays and Sons have canceled on me twice and said they would be back on Monday it is now Wednesday no phone and no show. I hired someone else who came promptly and fixed my problem. I WOULD NOT USE RAYS AND SONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
