They came out and put two flex hoses on the bathroom sink took 30 min.it was after hours so we paid after hours price, he said he was here and hour and 15 minutes that was a lie he said it takes 7 days to get a recipe the lady that works there said they don’t carry a receipt book after hours he also stood here and talked about another plumber not having a license and how he turned him in and the plumber without a license went to jail for 3 months.So the rest of his time was my husband Henry and I paid for listening to his story’s . I’ll call B.B. and signe a complaint against RJs plumbing .they lie.and make sure you get a recipe before you pay them.

Fair prices, good work, a bit careless at times. I had a water heater installed, work was great, except he scratched my floors moving the old water heater. The second time I used them was for sprinkler system repair, quick work and good work. Snodgrass estimated $500 for repair that RJs charged $85 for. Would recommend.

In July our sump pump overflowed and we had to get a new one. In August it overflowed again because they forgot to put a piece on. Tonight, my wife and I noticed a sewage smell. We had to call them to check on it. We found out that they forgot to caulk it and air was releasing. I would recommend not to use RJ's Plumbing in Garden City. It took them three trips to do the job right. He was only here for 15 minutes and it cost $97.50 for him to caulk the hole even though that should have been done one of the other two times.

Would give a zero if possible based on other reviews they do a generally bad job. Office employees need to revise there attitudes; they will literally harras you for Parking infront of the building, and went as far as to accuse me of falsely speaking to her with innapropriste language.
