I called last week about a hot water heater situation and spoke with Joe who was very helpful. He told me something I could try to solve the problem to save me the expense of a service call, which I greatly appreciated. It did not correct the problem so I made an appointment for someone to come out. They were very timely and sent Shane out. Shane was wonderful and very thorough. He answered all our questions and gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. The charge for the call was very reasonable and we are very happy with our experience with them so far. We will be having them do more work for us. Highly recommend this company. We feel they really care about us as a customer and not just trying to make money.

I am very happy with my experience contracting with George Sherman Corp. for the replacement of my hot water and HVAC systems. Their project managers for each of the tasks were knowledgeable, helpful and always on time. They listened well to my description of what I wanted, had thoughtful questions and suggestions, and had ideas about options that they presented clearly and addressed all of my questions fully. They provided clear written proposals and stepped forward with information on energy auditing that helped me make decisions as well as access rebates on equipment installation. I solicited bids on this job from 3 companies for this job and Sherman was the low-bidder. Their installation crews were also excellent; prompt, clean, detail oriented and quickly resolved issues that arose during installation while keeping me informed. This was an excellent experience.
