Terrible customer service. Take advantage of people big time. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Had an emergency situation on Sunday, and they had someone here within an hour. Their technician, Kyle, was courteous, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Less than 2 hours and we are fully functional again, and for less money than we expected. Thanks, Kyle, and thanks Roto-Rooter.

Worst ever!!! Way to expensive. Tore up the pipe leading to the septic tank and then wanted us to pay an additional $500.00 dollars to fix it. Needless to say, we will never use them again!! Do I have to give them any stars? There should be a minus 5.
