Awesome Business! Twice I needed immediate service and at the drop of a dime, a technician was dispatched to fix a water heater that was ready to explode and on another event, a water line pipe that exploded. I called to have my main cleaned. When the technician, Sean, arrived and asked me what was going on, he determined that was not the issue and was able to resolve my problem. He also offered suggestions to keep this from happening again. Sean was polite and professional, and very helpful.

My tub was clogged. It started on Saturday, but I did not have time to deal with it as I was going away until Sunday afternoon. When I came home, the tub was still clogged. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing late Sunday night. The technician Sean McDonough arrived at my house before my appointment time frame. He was friendly and got right to work fixing my issue. He cleaned up after himself and explains what he did. He was very patient and did a very good job at answering my other plumbing questions! Thank you for sending Sean out to fix my issue ????

Benjamin Franklin has done several plumbing projects for me The plumbers have done excellent work and always have been very cordial. Their price quotes have always been more reasonable than other plumbing companies in the area. The work is always done in a timely manner.

We called the plumbing company for a leak in our bathroom pipes that were leaking into a closet. Billy Cook came and fixed the leak. He was very personable and did a great job. We will definitely use the company again and will recommend him to our friends.
