I am a Supervisor at the MDC in Barkhamsted. Every time I call aqua pump someone answers the phone polite, informed, and helpful. They always have a technician here on the spot ! The job is always done right, neat and clean. Their prices are in line with local competitors. I would highly recommend this first class company to any commercial or residential customer. After we got a light amount of snow I noticed a long wide path that was melted going from the street up to our well head. When I walked up from the road to see what was causing it I noticed that water was spraying out from all sides of our well head. I placed a call over to Aqua Pump in Stafford Springs as I recalled going by their business when I went to UCONN. The woman who answered was very helpful and said that the high levels of rainfall may have made our well over-productive. Just to be on the safe side I scheduled a service appointment. A few days later their technician Mike and his co-worked came out to check the well. Not only did they inspect the well head but they also checked the pressure system, the voltage, the connections and every aspect of the well system. While it turned out that it was an over abundance of water in the well and not a mechanical problem, these guys did a very thorough inspection and provided some advice on when the system would likely begin to experience problems and suggested a few options to consider when it was time for a replacement. Overall a friendly and professional company that I would certainly use again.

My well pump stopped working. Aqua Pump was in my driveway in 1 hour. The technician inspected my water system and explained everything. The well pump was pulled out of my 180 ft. well and replaced in less than 2 hours. This included replacing the wiring because the wiring was not up to code. - Very friendly service tech's and reasonably priced. - 5 Stars

They came quickly, explained everything. helped me locate hte issue and had me back with clean fresh water in less than a half hour. I don't know much about wells, but I got the feeling that he really knew his stuff. Very very happy. I"ll be calling them again.

They quoted an expansion tank replacment including new plumbing and check valve for $1500. I had the same job quoted by a reputable competitor for $800.
