Professional Water Systems

I am the owner of Wooster Hollow Cafe and Professional Water Systems has been maintaining our water systems for the past 5 years. Our system has a complex and extensive filtration system. Professional Water is always responsive and efficient and they are always fair with their prices. On a recent Saturday morning we had a problem with our UV filter which caused us to lose our water supply. I called them and they came out immediately and fixed our problem. This allowed us to be open for business for the weekend, our busiest time of the week. I highly recommend Professional Water Systems.

I dealt with a representative named Chris who was extremely knowledgeable. I had received quotes for a water storage and pump system from a few other vendors and contractors. Professional Water Systems price was lower for a better, larger storage system that has been working flawlessly since install. My experience with this company couldn't be better in any way!!

Horrible experience - dishonest and/or incompetent. the system abruptly stopped working. The tech showed up for the service call with signs of being on drugs - he was overly aggressive, rapid speech, motormouthing, argumentative and repeatedly kept saying "you know what I mean" about every ten seconds. He pulled the cover off the unit and said - without checking anything else - that the system was shot - the timer was dead and couldn't be replaced for "legal reasons" and swung into an aggressive sales pitch to replace the unit for $2500.00 +. He was argumentative and refused to leave. We discovered later that the plug was loose from when we were moving boxes a week earlier and hadn’t noticed because it was hidden behind stacked storage boxes! Once plugged in the unit worked fine. It’s not just that the service rep had an attitude and never bothered to do basic troubleshooting. What is indefensible is that management - who were not there - retaliated and aggressively lied after this review was posted by claiming their rep unplugged the unit rather than apologize. And they made threats that we must remove the review or else. Never never give these dishonest people your business!!!

I recently had Pro Water Systems install a water filter on my kitchen sink. The technician was on time, knowledgeable and answered all questions accordingly. I would highly recommend Pro Water Systems to anyone looking for high quality product and service.
