Both of our restrooms clogged in our restaurant on St Patrick's Day evening...the place was packed. Rich was here in 10 minutes and in and out so discretely that most people never even knew he was there.

I worked with Rich yesterday to fix a clogged main sewer line to my house. He came within 24 hours and arrived on time. The hole "snaking" procedure took roughly an hour and he removed a ton of tree roots that had grown into my pipes. He was very informative and even gave me some tips on how to prevent issues in the future.
