They did a great job! Sales rep was great at presenting the options and providing me with finance offerings promptly and thoroughly. Installation guys worked really hard and efficiently. And admin person in the office was great to work with too. Overall a good experience. Called on a Saturday and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning, which is great. The technician, Chris, was very friendly and honest. He resolved our issue quickly and educated me in the process. Request Chris if you want an honest, experienced technician (and not a salesman like some other companies).

Installers Brandon and Frederick were superb. The removal of the 500+ lb old furnace was a feat of strength. Hope they have an easier job this Friday. So far new furnace and ac working great and so quiet. Performance beyond the 1st week to be determined.

We did an oil to gas conversion, and had Tyler do the job. Everything went extremely smooth! I would like to thank to the project coordinators for their professionalism and excellent customer support, Shane (sales) and Cinda (customer support).
