Absolutely stunned by how rude and arrogant he was. He lacked patience and accused the customer of penny pinching. Was trying to understand the options available for a long-term solution in replacing a hot water tank that was putting out rusty water. When I ask him to give me a breakdown of the cost he cut me off for "taking too much of his time" and accused me of wanting the cheapest option. Astounded by the bad attitude.

Will - Tai Irwin's plumber - did a very good job in relation with my bathroom renovations. He was tidy, precise, punctual and very communicative. The final job was perfect. I couldn't be happier.
