Called Liam blindly after being letdown by another company. He told me he'd be at the job 0730 the next morning enroute to work and would see what he could do. The previous company had left my tenant's and their 2 young children without hot water for nearly a week after repeatedly giving and then missing appointments with no warning. Within an hour of Liam being at the property the issue was rectified and wasn't just a run of the mill issue. Thank you Liam for all your help!
