I've used them for bits and pieces around my flat and I have always been happy with their work. Easy to talk to and the best thing is, they actually respond to emails unlike many other contractors I have tried contacting.

I have seen multiple and different works from those guys and highly recommended. Fair prices and quality jobs....

Andy was a pleasure to deal with and his team were all prompt, professional and polite. I engaged Premise to strip, plaster, decorate, change lighting and add additional electrical sockets in my dinning room so that I could set up a home office/studio. I am very pleased with the result; this has transformed a dark and dated room into a really sharp bright and modern environment. The quality of finish achieved was spot on, in particular Peter Jackson’s work on the plaster and decoration was first class. I will use Premise again and will recommend them to friends.

I contacted several companies to help with renovation work on a house I was purchasing. Out for the 4 companies I contacted Premise was the only company to offer to send a quotation specialist out when I viewed the house to help understand the coasts involved. They then came up trumps by completing a Gas Safe and Electrical inspection pre sale which identified a number of items that enabled us to levy the cost of the works from the purchase price! We shopped around for prices for the recommended works to be completed, and found albeit Premise wasn't the cheapest (only by a small margin), they were well recommended and eager to offer advice that did not always mean spending more. Andy spent time with us to ensure he understood what we wanted and why. The trades arrived thick and fast and completed a full central heating swap, full rewire, plastering and installation of new lights throughout the house with minimal fuss. I cannot say enough for the Gas engineer who spent time explaining things to us and going that little bit above and beyond. Although the works was not completely plain sailing (rarely is with old houses) Andy ensured every was sorted in a timely manner. Premises plasterer although was not the fastest, he was was very very conscientious, always cleaning up and left use with marble like finish on ceilings and walls 100% recommend. I am happy for anyone to contact me to have a look at the work completed by the Andy and his team and will be using him again for when we do our extension in a years' time.

We had to call Premise out as we had 2 blocked toilets. We had a great operative called Carl come out and after a good few hours of complete determination he managed to clear the blockage. Thank you so much Carl. ????
