The team at London & Essex Heating where excellent from start to finish. The professionalism of Steve Morris and his knowledge during the quotation process was excellent. He explained everything in detail and told us all about the products we where going to receive. The estimate was sent there and then via email which was fully itemised and clear and easy to understand. The engineers that followed to put the boiler in where very polite and keep us informed at all times of there progress. The house was left totally clean upon completion and we where delighted to return home form work and not have to clean up after them as you would normally expect from other trades. I would most certainly use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family. James
