Overall great experience - Paul squeezed us in on the same day, was careful and thorough in his inspection, and only one day later we had our brand new boiler. I was afraid we'd be at least a week without hot water, so this was such a lifesaver! His crew was very friendly, neat, and easy to have around the house for the day.
