Would not recommend using these. They agreed to do a full drainage inspection, the report came back with no findings. 2 weeks later water was still entering out house, so we hired another company who found the drains they inspected had actually collapsed. Not sure if they even checked them to be honest. To add insult to injury when I raised this with them, an extremely rude lady answered the phone to somehow say I should have noticed this myself. DO NOT USE.

Great service but expensive. I had to change my appointment with a few days notice and this was done without a problem - thank you. Adrian turned up on time and was very thorough - it took about 3 hours, but the leak was detected very accurately so my plumber was able to fix with minimum disruption to the tiled floor! I do think the service is very expensive, but at least it worked.

This is the 2nd time we have used this service and both times multiple leaks were detected with no fuss definitely recommend this company scott was very polite and professional.
