Plumber was great. He resolve my boiler issue withing few hours. All work done with higher standards. I recommend this plumber for any type of boiler issue.

These guys are totally untrustworthy and I would highly recommend finding an alternative plumber, even if they cost more. They came to do a simple job (replace a bathroom basin) which they said would be easy and quick. They knocked some tiles out which they said wouldn't need to happen and made a pretty bad mess of it. I let it go as the guy seemed nice (Jay). I paid them the money and then realised that evening that the plug wasn't working properly. They said Jay would come back the next day to fix it, which he didn't. I kept calling and they never picked up so when I was suspicious they were ignoring my number, I tried form a different one and they picked up. Same thing happened, they said someone would come over and no one did. I've just called again and when I told them my name they hung up. There were cheaper than other plumbers but have now cost me so much more in the long run. Do not trust them. I have heard many similar stories about them online. Steer clear of letting untrustworthy traders into your home.

I have used Walthamstow Plumber twice now, and I am delighted to use them due to their professional and honest service. I would highly recommend them for those who are seeking for great services.

Absolutely terrible and rude service. I called them to replace a broken toilet - which as you can imagine is a pretty urgent job! A guy called 'Jay' told me that they would be round between 12-2pm. Come 2pm he phones to inform me that they will be round between 3.30 - 4pm. By 5.30pm I'm wondering where they are, I then tried to call and text and all communications were ignored. If they had to cancel they could have at least had the courtesy to let me know. Disgusting - avoid like the plague.

Do not bother wasting your time. I called them regarding a leak to a toilet and they said they could attend at 4pm that day. I left work a hour early and text them when i arrived at home, they replied back to say they were stuck in traffic and would arrive at 5:30. I waited until 6:30 and tried to call them again to ask how long they would be and they did not answer the phone. I then sent them a text to ask if they wasn't going to make it then could they let me know so i could make other arrangements and once again didn't receive any reply. I then called them the next day from office phone as i has suspicions that they where ignoring my calls and surprise surprise they answered only to then put the phone down once they released it was me calling.
