Had a water heater in my attic that needed to be replaced. John and Misty were great! They provided a very reasonable price on a new water heater install. They also unclogged the drain pipes for the water heater overflow. He even discovered another AC pipe that was clogged. Definitely went the extra mile. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I typically don't write reviews but John, Misty, and their team deserve special recognition. I am new to the area and met with four other plumbers prior to hiring Advanced Plumbing Services to repair an incoming water line leak. Misty was kind, flexible, and extremely prompt in getting me on the schedule. John was the only plumber to perform any diagnostic work as part of the quote process. He took the time to explain how my piping was set up, he talked me through a range of possible fixes, and he ultimately presented a very fairly priced solution without trying to sell me on extra services I didn't need. Best of all, the quality of the work his team performed exceeded my expectations. We had a slow leak coming from our upstairs toilet causing Sheetrock damage in our garage ceiling. John made it out next day, diagnosed the issue, then fixed the the problem quickly. John gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and also prepared me for other potential issues that could arise so that there would be no surprises. This company provided great customer service and gave me confidence that they are trustworthy. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

John is an excellent plumber. I have had him come to my house to fix a couple of plumbing issues. He got to the bottom of the problems and fixed them quickly. What a difference a master plumber makes! Most importantly, he stands behind his work. I will call him for any future work that I need. I would give hime ten stars, if I could. I highly recommend him to anyone with residential plumbing needs. Just perfect!

I did not end up using Advanced Plumping Service for a job but Misty and John were great over the phone. They provided a fast response and were able to help out as much as they could over the phone. They will be my first choice next time I have a plumbing need. I did not them use because another plumber arrived first and I was unable to get an accurate quote without the first plumber starting to dig.
