Excellent service. Dean was Punctual and friendly. Told us we didn’t need an additional new radiator which we were expecting to purchase. He gave us advice, reset our boiler and control panel. No Charge. Amazing...,, So, we would gladly recommend him but we also now have him in our phone and will call on him for service of the boiler or any other plumbing work required. Highly recommend this friendly professional tradesman that knows his trade.

What can I say about Dean Willet, he has been fantastic he fitted my boiler five years ago and contacts me when my service is due, and I am most grateful for that. Dean, clearly cares about his customers and I find him to be friendly and honest and reliable, he arrives fully prepared with his tools and dust sheets and leaves everything clean and tidy and I feel reassured that my boiler is safe for another year. I have recommended Dean to my friends and colleagues and would not recommend anyone else to supply, fit or service my boiler.

Dean has carried out a high spec boiler installation for us around three years ago. We found him to be honest and professional from the initial quote to the finished product. He has carried out the subsequent services in the same manner and is always friendly, punctual, trustworthy and competent at his work.

Had a boiler fitted by Dean last week, all done within the time he said, house left as if he hadn't even been there, very clean tidy and professionally done. Can highly recommend. ????
