We just finished having our older Kenmore washing machine serviced by Leighton Dennis and we could not have a better service experience. Leighton called to let us know when he would arrive so as to allow us the best use of our time. He was prompt, courteous, professional and kept us informed during every aspect of our repair. Thank you Leighton, for a really great service experience.

Impressive company from initial phone call to meeting their Master Plumber Jeff and his service tech Eddie just one hour later! Very likable guys, very professional and efficient. They enjoy their work, they were extremely knowledgeable, and prepared with parts and all. I had been putting this plumbing service call off thinking it was going to be a fortune and a hassle, but after finding a coupon on Yelp, And interacting and meeting Jeff & Eddie from this locally owned family business, I wish I had called at first sign of trouble! Highly, highly recommend them.

Great service from Dusty and John at Chesterfield Service: My oven control panel malfunctioned and the manufacturer referred me to Chesterfield Service. The service representative named Dusty on the phone was fantastic. She was very helpful and professional and got a service call scheduled for the next day. The technician named John was also very good! He diagnosed the issue, ordered a new part and will be back to fix the problem when the part arrives. He was very professional and friendly as well. I highly recommend this company. I have used them before and was glad they were on the manufacturer’s list of service companies to use! John and Dusty were awesome!

I am very pleased with Chesterfield Service and the work of Leighton Dennis and the work he performed on our malfunctioning dryer. They were at my home the day following my and and arrived at the promised time. Leighton assessed the problem, gave us an estimate for the repair and returned promptly to fix the dryer. He, again, arrived at the time he was expected and fixed the dryer. He was professional, courteous and very capable. I would highly recommend Leighton and Chesterfield Service.

My wife and I were hearing a high pitch sound coming from our Kitchen Aid Dishwasher when it was adding water. We called Chesterfield Service, and they were able to send Leighton D., who after a few minutes of inspecting and testing the dishwasher, he advised us that a water intake valve was in need of replacement. Leighton was very nice and personable. He advised, that the part will need to be ordered and he may return, in 3-5 days, to do the installation. Both my wife and I are looking forward to his return, and hopefully establishing a good relationship with Chesterfield Service.
