Our boiler stopped producing hot water. So I called British Gas, they took 3 days to turn up and didn't repair my boiler. Instead they condemned it and gave me a really expensive quote for a new 1. I decided to get another quote from bbe as they had been recommended by a friend. I'm glad I contacted them as they fitted me a boiler with 10years manufacturers warranty at £1200 less then British Gas, and they kept my carpets clean with carpet protector.
