Really disappointed. I had them winterize my summer house in Nov. I went out in April flipped the pump switch no water at the taps. Walked around the house and heard water gushing from the main supply. Turned off the pump and called their emergency number 4 times. Finally I heard back 3 hours later. They went out 6 days later, said they fixed the pipes and sent a bill for over $600. I go out the following weekend only to find another major gusher in the place he said he fixed. He told me he wouldn't fix it till I paid the bill. I told he I expected an apology not a bill. The bill, BTW, claimed it took two men 2.75 hours to make the repair, 2 PVC breaks. We traded email for 3 weeks. Unable to use the house, I ended up watching a youtube video and doing it myself the following weekend.
I have worked with J & S for over 10 years on many different projects. They also installed my outdoor watering system, and do the turn on/ off each year. They are sophisticated plumbers who can do anything. They promised me that they would match and beat any estimate I ever got. Very trustworthy and I allow them to work even when I’m not home. That’s the beauty of a long term relationship based on trust.
