I have used their service twice, both related to annual service of my boiler. I got two friendly reminders from the customer service this year to remind me carry out the annual service, which was vital to my warranty. It was extremely easy to get in touch and book an appointment. The engineer arrived within the pre-agreed time slot and carried out the service in a very professional and efficient manner. I am very happy with the service I would recommend their service to anyone.
