Happy enough with the boiler and price but he left the work to his work force and they left damage to a fitted wardrobe and I never got a thermostat that I had paid for fitted to the kitchen radiator.
Called out Steve due to putting a nail through a pipe under a floor. Steve confirmed availability, explained pricing and that he could be there within the hour. Arrived promptly and got straight into the issue. Fixed the pipe in no time and helped get the floorboard back down and the excess water drained off. I really couldn't have asked for a better service and outcome and I've already got more work planned for Steve soon. Thanks Dan
