Our cast iron plumbing drain line started failing and leaked several gallons. I called Paul and stated what the problem was, asked a couple of questions and received answers that gave me confidence in his abilities. He told me when he could be there to assess the situation. He showed up looked at the problem, told me what his solution was, agreed on the price and he did a great job getting everything fixed in a very reasonable time. I will definitely use Paul again to take care of any plumbing problems that happen.

Our main drain line backed up on a Saturday afternoon. Paul was able to come out that day and clear the line. He was very professional and efficient. He kept us informed as the job progressed and showed us the scope feed of some of the roots clogging the pipe. When he was finished, he also showed us the scope feed from the city sewer to our house and discussed the condition of the pipe. They made sure the basement was clean before they left. Paul made sure to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with the service and cannot recommend All Things Sewer and Drain Care enough.

I had an emergency drain problem at my house at around 1am a few weeks ago. I searched and searched for places to come and take care of my issue but could not find anybody to come out... I decided to go out on a whim and call Paul at about 1:30 in the morning on a Saturday night. He answered and despite the hour still remained incredibly professional. He made it to my house in about 45 minutes. He fixed the drain issue in record timing. He maintained a professional and fantastic attitude even though I could tell he was seriously tired... I would recommend Paul to anybody and I will always call him for my drain issues moving forward.

Paul was very responsive and thorough. He was able to clear a severe clog and preserve the antique soapstone sink in my basement AND he left my basement clean! I highly recommend him!
