Called out 9pm for emergency. Had to pay £240 in advance. Said they would be there in 40. Minutes. 1 hour later they said it was a mistake and had quoted one hour 40. Minutes. By 11pm they said he would be there shortly. Finally arrived at midnight and said he couldn't do anything. No invoice sent despite 3 follow-up calls. That's my experience. Form your own opinion. I think this is some sort of call- center rather than a local plumber. One star because zero stars is not an option.
