I concur with the previous review - "reasonable until something went wrong" and their responses "entirely unsatisfactory". The plumber didn't identify that a "faulty dishwasher" had been re-installed without the cap on the outlet pipe being removed - a very basic plumbing error. The builder (Tavenor Finnis) who re-fitted it wouldn't take responsibility and Putney Plumbers said Siemens, the dishwasher manufacturer, needed to be called out. I've used Putney Plumbers numerous times over the years though use other plumbers now.

My radiator was not working, I was totally unaware of the fault. The technician told me that the radiator needs flushing out. He done the work smoothly and guided me on how I can spot the issue myself in the future.
