Excellent service provided by Steve. New radiators fitted and whole system given a thorough M.O.T. Cost was good value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending

Extremely poor. Stephen failed to turn up for a boiler service 4 times within 2 week period and failed to respond to emails, texts and phone calls tracking him down and trying to persuade Stephen to fulfil his obligations. Result was breached contract by not carrying out annual boiler service certification which is part of the cover package. Finally agreed to pay compensation but failed to do so in 8 weeks of prompting. Now pursuing compensation in small claims court. Stephen claims "Unrivalled Boiler Cover" but treats customers with utter contempt. Several terrible reviews, including mine, on Nuwarmth's Facebook page have been hidden from the public by removing the whole FB account. AVOID.
