W&W just finished installing new boiler system, couple of new radiators and an upgrade on remaining rads. The guys were spot on time first day and finished quicker than originally planned. Work done was top quality and house was left in a good tidy condition. Had follow up meeting when everything was explained with clear instructions. I was recommended Steve by someone I know. Steve was very helpful in dealing with our emergency of having no heating in the winter. He came and sorted out our old boiler as soon as he could and made it work properly. We are very grateful for his skilled work and would like to recommend him with no reserve.

Richard and his team worked quickly and efficiently to organise our central heating. We were very impressed with how tidy and quick they were with the work. We were slightly dreading the experience as others had said it would up haul our house. This was not the case, they kept everything clean throughout. The boiler is working well with all the appropriate paper work. My only criticism and this is entirely a personal thing, is I’d have liked to be talked through what was happening a bit more. We had to book them in a month previously due to a broken heater. Having not had anything done like this before I’d have appreciated a bit more hand holding and conversations throughout. However, the work they did were great at a reasonable cost.
