Heat Doctor Emergency Plumber Bishopworth

Utterly useless. Phoned up last evening as I had a water leak in my bathroom. Was promised a plumber first thing in the morning and had to pay a deposit to secure one. No-one turned up and I was given the run around. Received telephone calls from a London Number, so not sure how the whole booking system worked. Eventually had to call someone else, as no plumber turned up and water still leaking. Not sure whether they have refunded me the deposit yet, as they said there was a problem with their card machine and would do a bank transfer and ring me back to confirm. Surprisingly enough, I havent had a call back and cannot see refund on my account. Avoid using.

Speedy service ! Polite and efficient, arrived within the hour. The engineer managed to get my central heating and hot water back up and running before this winters arrival, for which I was extremely grateful . Faultless service overall.

When our old boiler broke down and had to be replaced, we chose this company. Their quotation was not the cheapest but the service was fast, efficient, friendly and very professional. We are well pleased with the work that was done.
