Had a person come over for a quote and dispite me chasing them have not heard nothing back to do the work. This is just bad customer service

A true gentleman, Simon turned up out of hours on a Saturday and got our central heating back up and running in no time. Real professional, knowledgeable person. We now have a new plumber !!!! I would truly recommend. Cheers Neil
