Do not use this company unless you are desperate. I rang a local number thinking i was contacting a local plumber, they asked for payment up front £185 + VAT, fair enough for a call out and told i would be contacted when the engineer was close to my house, 2 hrs later I contacted them again to be told the engineer had been delayed on the previous job. When the Engineer eventually arrived 4 hours later he only received the emergency call 2 hours previous. He went over his 1 hours time slot and I was charged another £185+VAT for an additional 15mins work.
