This company has absolutely destroyed our home. we had a running water pipe and they came to fit a new ball valve in the loft. however the new pipe work they installed was not welded properly and when we came home 3 hours later our ceiling had been bought down. they have blocked our number and refused to give us their insurance details. they are a company based in essex and not even located here
the installed a new boiler for us. shortly after the carbon monoxide alarm went off and we was feeling quite ill. my wife had a headache. we called the emergency number on our gas meter. and it turned out the installer had not connected the exhaust flue properly and gas was leaking into our home. thanks god we had the alarm. the company have been RIDDOR reported by the emergency gas engineer who attended and i believe undergoing court proceedings from health and safety and been struck off Gas Safe their governing body. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
