Really impressed with GEPP. We called on Saturday because our heating had broken down and were unhappy with the job that was done so sent an e-mail that evening setting out our complaint. We didn't expect a reply until Monday, but the owner of the company e-mailed that night and after a few emails on Sunday everything was resolved very quickly. From the reviews on here it seems most of their work is excellent, but even if there are problems the way they resolve them is also excellent. Would definitely use their service again.
