When we came home to a frozen home in January, 2018, they were there within hours and worked two days (one until 2 a.m.) until everything was fixed. Cannot says enough about their professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for our home in a stressful time. Highly recommend them.

Replace 75 gallon water heater This was not an emergency repair-- I noticed my water heater was leaking a bit and wanted to replace it before it became a bigger problem. Tony Badaracco called me back quickly on a Friday afternoon and I responded late in the day expecting we would talk on Monday. To my surprise he called me Saturday morning to discuss the project. He was very helpful going through all our options for replacing the water heater. I texted him some photos of our current water heater, we spoke again about what the best solution would be and he got back to me Monday AM with an estimate. I spoke with 3 other plumbing and heating companies and I was most confident with Tony's responsiveness, knowledge and value of parts and labor. We set up an install date and everything went like clockwork. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Badaracco for any plumbing and heating needs. They're my new go-to.

The single best team in plumbing, heating and beyond. Great advice on the range of options and in our case Greg came to our home immediately following a Nor’easter and saved us untold damages had he not taken care of water and sumonissues Tony is a class act and his team is very knowledgeable!

We called Tony at 10 pm on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He sent out a technician Greg who stayed at our house to fix a leak and unfreeze our pipes until 1:30 am. Tony and Greg saved our house from flooding. They are amazing — I would highly highly recommend.
