Chris O'Connor really is the best! He came out to me on a Saturday and unblocked my bathroom hand basin in a jiffy. He also gave me some very handy tips to help stop it blocking again in future and offered to adjust my thermostat as my hot water was very hot. Excellent service - I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend him.

Great service, prompt, polite, shear experience alone gave us reassurance. Used dust sheets where any of his tools & equipments / parts were laid down. Explained everything that was needing to be done & gave us advice on anything that would be needing attention in the near future. All backed up by a written report within / as part of his invoice So nice to have someone in your house who is so focussed on getting the job done All round massively impressed !!!

Chris is very unclear about costs. He offered a quote that was already more expensive than most of the others we had been given, but because he was available at the time we needed for what was a small job we went ahead with him. Our shower ended up requiring a Tiler before he could complete his part of the work, and when I asked he stated that his work would not cost us anymore. When he returned to finish he took ages, but he didn't speak about any additional work - until he came with an invoice that added extra costs for him taking 2 hours to put the valve back on. When I questioned him about the extras he was very unclear about why he hadn't included them in the original price, when he had already started and seen the work to be done. The job itself looks fine, but due to an additional 25% on our bill, I wouldn't use him again.

Really bad experience! Good communication, however price was way above what was quoted initially and end up being a really expensive service for what it was. Not going to use again for sure.
