Desterate situation when I contacted this company, disabled with no heating or hot water. They were superb in helping , with considerable inconvenience to themselves in organizing help for me . The fitters installed the boiler yesterday and were so professional. When thy finished the y even washed the kitchen floor. My sincere thanks to all the office and works staff . Happy Christmas and continued successes in 2020

The customer service and speedy response from Effective Heating from my initial contact to have the boiler survey up to date has been excellent. One of the best companies that i have dealt with. Thank you to all the staff.

A SECOND TO NONE SERVICE.Had a new boiler installed approx 4 months ago,boiler installed within a few hrs.The good thing that impressed me was the follow up installation check.Can't fault this company.

Wish I had read some reviews before agreeing to the boiler and water pump installation. Boiler engineer was rude, wasn't sure what boiler he was installing, removed the cupboard after saying he'll do what he can not to damage anything. Then we have the water pump, which was changed, only to find the electricity was now compromised as there was an inch of water around the pump which they claim is nothing to do with them. Come on, your engineers do some work in the airing cupboard and then the pump gets damaged. It's definitely not a coincidence. Debris left under every radiator and then all the rubbish left on the drive with no info as to whom would be removing it, the two clowns who did the work were more concerned with hurrying up as it was Friday. The customer service team are equally as bad, the lady told me to get a local plumber to fix the damage they caused. Then upon reading the reviews I see the nigel Farr crop up, the engineer who inspected the damage and claimed it wasn't them. Is this a coincidence? It's happened before to others. I see a scam here. Trading standards need to be all over this lot or even rogue trader's.

We had our boiler replaced today and we are delighted with the standard of service we have received David and Josh arrived on time, they were efficient and pleasant. They carried out their work in a very professional manner, leaving our home clean and tidy. Our experience with all staff employed by Effective Heating has been positive throughout The surveyor and administration team were exemplary, following up all communication and updates via email.
